We’re not going to try and convince you, but we’ll tell you who our coaching IS for and who it’s NOT for….

We’ll also give you what you get in each of the programs and you can decide.

Our Coaching IS for:

  • Players who are willing to push through the “Boredom Barrier” and to do what it takes.

  • Players starting from 10 years old who are currently playing school, local club, representative, college or pro.

  • Players who can commit from 3 to 6 Days per week of training depending on current level and goals.

  • Players who can complete from 3 to 6 Gamifications per week during training depending on current level and goals.

  • Players who understand the importance of training the whole time recommended by the program.

  • Players who are mentally tough and emotionally committed to pushing through the boredom barrier.

  • Players who will complete compound training with the highest intensity in every drill and exercise.

  • Players with high moral character and have the highest level of integrity to report an honest weeks effort.

  • Players who know how to use smart devices to follow the program online, Gamify their effort and report progress.

  • Players who are hungry for RESULTS and love receiving feedback from coaches and trainers who want you to win.

Our Coaching is NOT for:

  • Players who feel they know better than the coach or trainer.

  • Players who can’t manage their time and stick to a daily and weekly schedule.

  • Players who always make excuses for their results and don’t look in the mirror.

  • Players that love partying hard on the weekends with friends who aren’t going in the same direction as those they want to play with.

  • Players who don’t respect their dreams, parents, teachers, coaches, officials, the game and the journey.

Like martial arts, our programs allow athletes to master each stage of development.

FRESHMAN - Beginners
SOPHOMORE - Intermediate
JUNIOR - Advanced
SENIOR - Expert

Programs To Choose From:

FRESHMAN:

Novice

Club Players aged between 8-10+ who can commit to a minimum of:

  • 1 “Live” Session per week

  • 3-Online Sessions per week

  • 3-Gamifications per week

  • Progress Report per week

Club Players

SOPHOMORE:

Intermediate

Rep Players aged between 11-14 who can commit to a minimum of:

  • 1 “Live” Session per week

  • 4-Online Sessions per week

  • 4-Gamifications per week

  • Progress Report per week

Junior Rep Players

JUNIOR:

Advanced

Representative Players aged 15+ who can commit to a minimum of:

  • 1 “Live” Session per week

  • 5-Online Sessions per week

  • 5-Gamifications per week

  • Progress Report per week

Senior Rep Players

Expert

Pro Athletes who can commit to a minimum of:

  • 1 “Live” Session per week

  • 6-Online Sessions per week

  • How to master the euro, back or side step moves? We’ll work with you to execute these moves like Luka Doncic.

  • Scoring under extreme pressure? We’ll help duplicate game scenarios to help prepare you to perform when you need to win the game.

  • No one to talk with about improving your basketball game? Alpha-8 is your opportunity to work with a qualified trainer to get results you crave.

  9. Weekly Accountability ~ Watch your results accelerate with regular reporting of your activity.

  10. Direct Reporting – We’ll send you AND your designated team coach regular updates of your progress.

  11. Peer Support ~ Meet new friends who are all striving to be the best versions of themselves. remember, you are who you hang with.

  12. Chat Support ~ Reach your Alpha Coach by Chat whenever you need  help with the program or to ask questions.

  13. Quarterly Player Assessment ~ Meet with your Alpha Coach to discuss how you’ve progressed, challenges and opportunities.

  14. Alpha Basketball Academy – Training T-Shirt ~ Like martial arts with their progress system, you’ll be awarded the colour for your grade.
