LIST OF EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

  1. Basketball x1
  2. Basketball Hoop, Cones or Anything that sets a measure of distance.

B.E.E.F INSTRUCTIONS

Complete each drill using the steps outline to ensure you’re using correct technique:

  1. BELOW ball (Hand directly under the ball with fingers spread)
  2. ELBOW aimed at target (Using the opposite hand to hold the ball)
  3. EXTEND arm fully (Reach for the basket)
  4. FLICK with your FINGER tips (Simultaneously with step 3)

Also ensure that you have your toes pointing at the ring. Ideally, you want to create a straight line from the following points;

  1. Toes
  2. Knee
  3. Hip
  4. Shoulder
  5. Elbow
  6. Wrist
  7. Fingers

Technique should be the same. Lower body (Feet, knee’s and hips) is used to hop must be employed to make further distances.
