WARM-UP – STATIONARY DRILLS

  1. Single Hand x30 Reps (Each Hand)
  2. Tennis Ball Wall Pounds x30 (Each Hand)
  3. Two Ball Pounds x30 (Each Drill) – a. Mirrors b. Alternates
  4. Cone Overs x30 (Each Hand)
  5. Two Ball Cone Overs x30
  6. Defibrillators x5 (Each Hand)

Crossovers

  1. Crossovers (Each Way) x30
  2. Between the Legs (Left in Front) x30
  3. Between the Legs (Right in Front) x30
  4. Behind the Back x30
